STAND

STAND is an optional device for suspending the floating beds from our SANTAI, TWIST and PURE collections. Made of powder-coated and stainless steel, each stand is robust, stable and weather-resistant.

Further instructions:
- Maximum load limit of 880lbs / 400 kg.
- Please use only the suspension devices supplied by us
- Use the stand only on firm, level surfaces
- Not to be used as a climbing frame or toy.
- Children must be supervised at all times and only suitable for those over 4 years old.

Order

You can only order BLOOM Outdoor furniture via our website or from one of our showrooms, we don’t use third party retailers in order to keep our prices as accessible as possible. We will inform you regularly by email about the progress of your order and we will also contact you about a week before the planned delivery to arrange an exact delivery date with you.

Delivery time

Immediately after placing your order, we will start manufacturing your BLOOM Outdoor furniture. This, as well as the fact that our furniture is made piece by piece by hand, and goes through numerous quality checks, requires a certain waiting time. On average, you can assume about 8 - 12 weeks. We do keep some items in stock, so please contact us to know which items are available for immediate delivery.
However if you select your perfect furniture and colour combination, you will receive something really unique and last for many many years, which is well worth the wait!

Shipping costs

From an order value over $1,000, we deliver your order free of charge to Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty. Below this we charge a flat shipping fee of $100 to above areas.

Delivery to North and South Island is free for purchases over $15,000.

Below this we charge $100 per cube for the rest of North Island and $200 per cube for South Island.

Delivery on site

In free delivery cases your furniture will be delivered by our own employees. Any further national deliveries will be by reputable furniture delivery specialists not general freight. Should this be the case we will coordinate everything with you in advance.

Returns

If, contrary to expectations, you change your mind regarding your new BLOOM outdoor furniture this does not qualify for refund unless damaged faulty or wrong items have been delivered. For further questions, just send us an email to nzoffice@bloom-outdoor.com
